UNCC Administration at a glance: Hierarchy

• UNCC is under the Ministry of Gender, Labour and Social Development. The Minister of Gender, Labour and Social Development appoints a Board of Trustees to a renewable 3 – year term.
• The Board appoints the management team and other members of staff. The Board may delegate its powers to management to appoint workers of lower cardreship.
• The Executive Director is the Chief Executive Officer of UNCC.
• There are three Departments namely; Finance and Administration, Production and Visual Arts.
